A partner reads it
Every message is read by Rashid or Sofian personally — there is no inbox team. You will usually hear back within two working days.
You get a straight answer
If there is a conversation worth having, we will have it properly. If the honest answer is no — including to offers — we will say so plainly and quickly.

Do you take client work?
No. MAS Digital Labs builds, ships and operates its own products only — we do not take briefs, projects or retainers. It is a deliberate structure: with no client, there is no split incentive, and the product gets the whole of the house's attention.
What do you actually make?
A small number of digital products, built whole — strategy, engineering, brand, monetisation and operation, all in-house. The first is OBJEKT, the AI creative house, live at objekt-ai.com. Others are in the lab and are announced when they ship, not before.
Why so few products?
Because quality is a budget, and focus is how we spend it. One product done whole beats five done partly. The portfolio stays small on purpose: each product gets both partners inside the work, and nothing ships until it meets the written standard.
Can I acquire or invest in one of your products?
Possibly — the doctrine is that every product earns its future: grown into something durable, or sold to an owner who will run it well. If you are a serious acquirer or partner, write to the partners directly; conversations are handled personally and in confidence.
Where do you operate?
The house is registered and based in the RAKEZ free zone, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — licensed to build, trade and operate. The products are built for global markets from day one.
I love one of your products — how do I reach you?
Each product has its own support channels, and the partners read messages sent through this site as well. Feedback from real users gets read personally — it is the cheapest quality instrument a product house has.
